Penggemar film horor Scream VI bisa menikmati soundtrack terbaru In My Head yang dibawakan oleh Mike Shinoda dan Kailee Morgue. Ini soundtrack kedua setelah Still Alive dari Demi Lovato.

In My Head ditulis oleh Mike Shinoda dan Jake Torrey. Lagu ini diproduksi oleh Mike Shinoda. Lagu dirilis beserta video musik animasi yang disutradarai oleh Jacky Lu.

"Sepanjang karir saya, saya melompat dari Linkin Park ke proyek solo hingga bekerja dengan orang lain, dan rasanya luar biasa untuk kembali ke ritme itu," ucap DJ/MC grup band Linkin Park ini.

Dikutip dari NME, lagu In My Head otomatis menjadi materi solo baru Shinoda sejak dirinya melepas Happy Endings pada 2021 silam. Di sisi lain, Linkin Park terakhir kali merilis album orisinal pada 2017 dengan One More Light, tetapi band ini hiatus sejak kepergian sang vokalis Chester Bennington di tahun yang sama. Ia tewas bunuh diri.

Scream VI adalah sekuel dari film Scream tahun 2022, dan merupakan instalasi keenam dalam seri film Scream. Film ini disutradarai oleh Matt Bettinelli-Olpin dan Tyler Gillett, dibintangi oleh Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Hayden Panettiere, dan Courteney Cox.
