Golden Globe ke-78, Berikut Ini Nominasinya

Perhelatan Golden Globe, ajang penghargaan bagi karya film dan serial televisi, akan digelar Minggu 28 Februari 2021 waktu Amerika Serikat, atau Senin 1 Maret besok waktu Asia Pasifik. Lokasi acara ada di dua tempat yakni Rainbow Room, Manhattan, dan Beverly Hilton di Beverly Hills, California, Amerika Serikat.

Acara ini bisa disaksikan melalui ET di NBC, dan juga tersedia streaming langsung di situs web NBC dengan log-in penyedia TV. Selain itu, acara ini juga tayang di Roku Channel, Hulu dengan Live TV, YouTube TV, AT&T TV, Sling TV, dan Fubo TV.

E! juga akan menjadi tuan rumah pertunjukan "Countdown to the Red Carpet". HFPA dan Dick Clark Production akan menjadi tuan rumah pra-pertunjukan yang dipandu Sofia Carson dan Zuri Hall, di akun Twitter Golden Globes pukul 18.30 waktu Amerika Serikat.

NBC akan menayangkan Golden Globes Pre-Show pada pukul 1900 waktu Amerika. Acara dipandu oleh Jane Lynch dan Susan Kelechi Watson. Sedangkan para nominasi Golden Globes dipilih oleh Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Ada sebanyak 42 nominasi yang telah diumumkan. Tahun ini, Netflix mendominasi nominasi Golden Globe. Raja streaming itu mendominasi lewat film biopik Gary Oldman dalam Mank juga serial The Crown yang tahun lalu memasuki musim keempat.
