Daftar Pemenang di The Game Awards 2023, Baldur's Gate 3 Juaranya
Baldur's Gate 3 dinobatkan sebagai Game of the Year di The Game Awards2023. Ajang penghargaan ini digelar di Los Angeles, California, Amerika Serikat (AS), Jumat 8 Desember 2023. Selain Game of the Year, Baldur's Gate 3 juga memboyong penghargaan kategori Best Performance, Best Community Support, Best Multiplayer, dan Best RPG (Role Playing Game).
Baldur's Gate 3 merupakan game bergenre RPG (Role-Playing Game) yang dikembangkan oleh Larian Studios untuk PC dan konsol (PS5 dan Xbox Series X/S). Game ini sudah resmi meluncur versi lengkapnya pada 3 Agustus 2023. Sebelumnya menjalani masa uji coba early access sejak 6 Oktober 2020.
Selain Baldur's Gate 3, game Alan Wake 2 dan Forza Motorsport juga mendapatkan penghargaan The Game Awards 2023. Piala yang didapat Alan Wake 2 adalah Best Game Direction, Best Narrative, dan Best Art Direction.
Forza Motorsport membawa pulang penghargaan Innovation in Accessbility dan Best Sports/Racing.
Mengejutkan, game Marvel's Spider-Man 2 gagal meraih kemenangan. Padahal game besutan Insomniac Games dan Sony Interactive Entertainment itu masuk tujuh nominasi kategori.
